• All orders are packaged and shipped within 24-72 hours of being placed online.
• All orders are shipped using USPS with tracking information unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.

Returns , Exchanges & Refunds

• Due to the nature of the product, all sales are final.
• All claims of incorrect or damaged goods upon arrival are to be made in writing within 3 days of receiving.
• Damaged or defective products can be replaced or refunded at the discretion of ReBirth Body Butters.
